Philippa Lowthorpe is a celebrated director whose film and TV credits include Misbehaviour starring Keira Knightley and Gugu Mbatha Raw, The Third Day starring Jude Law, Cider With Rosie, The Crown and Call the Midwife, for which she was the first female director to win a BAFTA for Best TV Drama. Director of Birds’ Eye View and Oscar-winning producer Mia Bays leads a conversation with Lowthorpe, expanding on an award-winning career.
